What is cryotherapy?
Whole Body Cryotherapy sessions work by subjecting client’s skin to controlled levels of gas in the form of nitrogen, or “Cold Air”. The session is conducted in a device called a cryochamber. The client enters the chamber wearing socks, slippers, gloves, and their choice of clothing (most choose undergarments for better results). The more skin exposure, the better.
OUR OXYGEN SESSIONS :
Our Oxygen Relaxation Room offers non-medical oxygen while you relax on plush reclining chairs.
Our oxygen sessions will provide 90%-92% oxygen at 3 liters of oxygen per minute per person. This allows you to breath 4 to 5 times more oxygen that you would normally take in.
The oxygen session will uplift and refresh you as well as detoxify, giving you and overall great feeling.
